When conditions are right, like werewolves they gather under SF street lights to shake and shimmy. These are the Fair Weather Friends. September 30th, join us as we bring friends D. Tiffany, Sepehr, and Detach together for a night of celebration and bid adieu to the yesterdays of tomorrow ♫

Lineup :::

D. TIFFANY [ Pacific Rhythm, Vancouver]

D. Tiffany who also producers under name DJ Zozi is one of the new and defining talents to come out of Vancouver, BC. Every release she has put out glistens with originality, warmth, and quirkiness. She has released on labels like 1080p, Isla, Heart To Heart, Normals Welcome Records, and Pacific Rhythm, among others. With an array of production skills she can lead you from woozy foot shuffling balearic breakbeats into a daydream of sun drenched acid tunes. Her recent EP ‘Blue Dreams’ is the artists most sound defining work to date, highly recommended for you to check out. We are very happy to have her SF debut!

SEPEHR [ Black Catalogue, Housepitality SF ]

Sepehr is kind of like a Mad scientist when it comes to being behind the decks. He’s got so much energy and rawness in his sets he could probably make your grandma start doing the thizzle dance. Switching between big room warehouse tracks, intoxicating acid tunes, and booming 808 electro slappers. Sepehr’s productions are just as dirty, brilliant, and gritty as his dj sets. His latest releases and remixes on Neo Violence, Black Catalogue, and Outpost really show his strong production skills and capability for designing dance floor bangers.

DETACH [ Dionysian Mysteries ]

Detach is still in his Infancy as a producer with few productions under his belt. He runs the record label Dionysian Mysteries with his brother. Detach is an avid music collector of all audible spectrums and utilizes his ear for find dance floor cuts. Primarily using an 1989 MPC 60 to record his tracks, he has a strong admiration for Detroit house, and takes a lot of influence from Hip Hop and the art of sampling which he applies to his house and techno productions.
